Harumi Igarashi, born in Osaka and based in Tokyo, has been causing quite a stir on the domestic scene lately.

A band leader and Jazz vocalist alike she has recently renewed her repertoire with jazz interpretations of modern pop and rock classics.
In 2008 she went international with album 'Tears'. An album featuring American as well as Japanese musicians.

Harumi is also radio-DJ and regularly hosts her own show on a famous japanese FM network.
